We’re located a short 10 minute drive north of 401 exit 509 at Brighton in Hilton. We have converted a former tobacco farm into the perfect wedding venue for you and up to 200 guests!
We offer guests a perfect “all in one location” complete with access to, outdoor photo locations, loads of parking, fire pit and limited camping opportunities.
Things to note about our site:
We do not have running water or bathrooms. On-site portable bathrooms are the responsibility of the wedding party.
Garbage and recycling is wedding party responsibility.
We are wheelchair accessible.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PROPERTY RENTAL?
- Venue is decorated with some white lights on ceiling with a centre light fixture
- Fire pit and wood supplied for the night (if required)
- One whiskey barrel/live edge table for use for gift table or dessert table
- Large bar on site
- Metal trough for use at the bar to hold drinks
- Beautifully landscaped with gardens and planters
- Arbor for ceremony
- Ample on-site parking
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED IN THE PROPERTY RENTAL?
- We are a venue for the true outdoorsy people! We do not have running water, bathrooms, or heat/AC available. On-site portable bathrooms are the responsibility of the wedding party.
- Some decorating is done but we encourage you to bring your own and make it to your liking.
- Your caterer will need to bring all tablewear, utensils and serving dishes.
Terms of Rental
General
- Venue deposits are non-refundable.
- Rental balance due 30 days prior to booked event.
- Guests may arrive 30 minutes before ceremony time.
- No glass bottles.
- No littering.
- No smoking in “The Barn”.
- All garbage is to be cleaned up and taken away.
- Children not permitted to wander grounds unsupervised.
- The Client is responsible for all guests and wedding party attending the event. Any damage or loss resulting from the event attendees will be billed to the reserving party.
- Any intoxicated guests are the responsibility of the reserving party.
- The consumption of alcohol by minors is strictly prohibited.
- The reserving party will sign a liability waiver at least 30 days prior to the wedding day.
- It’s the reserving party’s responsibility to obtain a liquor license and event insurance and must be shown 30 days prior to the wedding day.
Vendors
- All vendors must provide a copy of insurance and vendor is responsible for the set-up, break-down, and clean-up of their site.
- All vendors must adhere to the terms of our guidelines, and it is the client’s responsibility to share these guidelines with them.
- Please allow appropriate time for your vendors to set-up, break-down and clean-up.
Camping & Fire Pit
- Campers are allowed to set up the day before the wedding and must be gone by following day after the wedding.
- Campers are responsible for clean up around their site.
- The fire pit can only be used if fire bans aren’t in effect.
- It’s the responsibility of the reserving party to maintain and control the fire throughout the night.
- Any damages or injuries that occur from the fire pit are the responsibility of the reserving party.
